1 'Reward Cash points' are available to all RemitMoney customers except US customers on sending money to India
2 "The Customer" shall mean all Axis Bank and Non Axis Bank customers sending money to India except customers from US
3 "New Customers" are those who are transacting for the first time on RemitMoney, during the offer period
4 Brief for the Cash-points is as follows: On sending 500 INR = Customer will earn 1 Point which will be equivalent to 10 paisa. Thus, we propose to give 10 reward points for every 5000 INR that the customer will send which will be equivalent to 1 Rupee. We also plan to incorporate the Point based rate discount mechanism for our privilege customers as follows:

5Customer will see the option of En-cash points in the dropdown in 'Offers or En-cash points' dropdown on the transaction booking page
6 The customer will be able to either choose an offer from the dropdown or En-cash points.
7 The customer can avail both the first transaction benefit as well as earn points, only on 1st transaction; post that, redemption & earning of points cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
8 Points will be credited only when the amount is credited to the beneficiary account
9 Points will be given to the customer on pro rata basis till 1 decimal point
10 Redemption: Full redemption will be allowed after accumulation of 2000 points
11 Customer can accumulate as many points as he/she wants. However, the maximum number of points which can be redeemed in a single transaction are 5,00,000
12 The total accumulated points will be displayed to the customer in the 'Rewards' section. Also, he/she can see the breakup of the points earned & redeemed on each transaction by clicking on 'See the breakup' link below the circle. The points are redeemed as per the badge category of the customer at the time of earning the points irrespective of the current badge category of the customer.
13 Points worth 500 INR will be credited on a successful referral to both the parties. A referral is considered successful only when the referred party successfully completes transaction on RemitMoney.
14 Axis Bank reserves the right to change the Reward point structure at any point of time without informing the Customer. Also Axis Bank reserves the right to revise/change/modify/cancel/discontinue all or any of the terms applicable to this without any prior intimation or without assigning any reasons whatsoever to the customer.
15 Only successfully received/processed remittance will be eligible for the cash-points.
16 Incomplete/cancelled/rejected/ invalid / returned /disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Cashpoints.
17 In all matters relating to the campaign, including any dispute or discrepancy relating thereto or eligibility of any Customer, the decision of Axis Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
18 Axis Bank reserves the right to revise/change/modify/cancel/discontinue all or any of the terms applicable without any prior intimation or without assigning any reasons whatsoever to the Customer.
19 This benefit shall subject to applicable law and regulations and would be modified / discontinued based on the prevailing law / regulation at any point of time and neither party shall be under any liability or obligation or continue implementation of the said benefit till such time the terms are modified by the Parties as per the prevailing/ amended law at that point of time. In the event, that the benefit cannot be continued without total compliance of the prevailing law at any point of time, this benefit shall be deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting / prohibiting the Offer comes into force.
20 These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to any other applicable terms and conditions governing the usage of the services offered by Axis Bank Remittance services as set out on Axis Bank Website.
21 Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage.
22 Axis Bank reserves the right to disqualify any person from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the services.
23 Any person taking advantage of the above benefit shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
24 The participation in the benefit is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the beneficiary shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
